Please read before booking

• A 50% booking fee for new clients is required when making a booking unless discussed otherwise, we will contact you with how to pay. This is redeemable against the final cost of your appointment.
• If you cancel within 48 hours of the agreed appointment time we reserve the right to keep the 50% fee. If you cancel within 24 hours prior to the agreed appointment time, don’t show or show up more than 20mins late, we reserve the right to request 100% of the full appointment cost. This cannot be put towards another appointment. Although regular clients don’t pay a booking fees, you will have to pay cancelation/late fees (same as booking fee for new client)
• We reserve the right to refuse services due to inappropriate behaviour.
